Community financial services company in Santa Clara is seeking a part-time, temporary, Office Administrator to beresponsible for maintaining an excellent office experience for employees and visitors at the company HQ in Santa Clara. Our client provides a world-class digital communications platform to Community Banks and Credit Unions.
Each work week will be 20-25 hours, Monday-Friday. The typical hours are expected to be from 8:30 AM to 1:30 PM and all work will be performed on site. The right person may be converted to hire in early 2025.

What you will do:
Ensure cleanliness and overall organization of all areas of the office at all times, including reception, conference rooms,kitchen, and general common areas, working with Building Management as needed
Assist in onboarding new employees from an office access perspective (key card, desk assignment with name card, enrollment in lunch vendor system)
Assist in providing the best on site candidate experience by greeting candidates and ensuring an excellent experience while they are in the office
Provide proactive office updates and answer/handle office related employee inquiries
Coordinate daily lunch through our lunch vendor and proactively communicate with employees on arrivals, delays or as needed and other food/beverage as needed
Greet visitors; serve as point person for mail/deliveries
Other projects/tasks as needed including Exec Team support
