The Ford Agency is working with a national association to find an Engagement Coordinator to work with a busy team supporting their large member base. This is a great temp-to-hire opportunity for a candidate with at least 2 years of office experience with demonstrated interpersonal interaction, management of data and logistics, and collaboration with others.
Responsibilities Include:
Assist members with renewal process and handle incoming inquiries
Partner with other teams on membership initiatives
Use various research resources to help members navigate solutions
Qualifications Include:
Bachelor's Degree and 2 years' office experience
Strong MSOffice skills, Salesforce or other CRM experience
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize projects
Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.
