Responsibilities:
Represent clients including buyers, sellers, lenders, borrowers, developers, builders, investors, landlords, and tenants in various real estate matters.
Handle agricultural classifications/exemptions, community associations, condominium conversions, and construction matters.
Provide distressed property investment services and manage environmental issues.
Oversee evictions, finance and transactions, commercial and residential foreclosure services, and timeshare foreclosure services.
Manage land and property development, land use, zoning, planning, and landlord/tenant issues.
Facilitate leasing, lending, litigation, loan workouts, and mobile home park matters.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Admission to the Texas State Bar.
Extensive experience in real estate law, including both residential and commercial transactions.
Proven track record in managing complex real estate matters.
Ability to work effectively with a diverse client base and across multiple real estate disciplines.
