We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our client as a Customer Service Representative in the manufacturing industry. This is a temp-to-hire position with an immediate start date, offering flexible hours Monday through Friday, either from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. The pay rate ranges from $22 to $25 per hour, based on experience, and the dress code is business casual. Must Have:
Experience: 2+ years of customer service experience in a front-line call center and order processing role within a product-based environment.
Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Software: Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office suite.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Communicate with customers through inbound and outbound calls to address inquiries and provide assistance.
Understand and assess customers' needs, offering appropriate solutions and information.
Answer questions from potential customers and follow up with additional information via email.
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and company policies while developing and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
