Our client is looking for a Scientist II. This is a contract to hire opportunity with the possibility to convert. This position is fully onsite in the Danbury, CT area.
Responsibilities:
Planning and execution of high throughput protein expression and characterization experiments in an independent manner.
Supporting multiple projects and experiments independently while working with various cell cultures.
Required Qualifications:
Hands on experience with protein expression, purification and characterization are required.
Biophysical assay development is desired.
Experiment design and fermentation skills are a plus.
A general understanding and application of molecular biology techniques is desired.
Education: Bachelor's or Master's Degree required.
