Insight Global is looking to bring on an Expense Specialist for out Atlanta, GA HQ!
JOB PURPOSE
The Expense Specialist role exists under the Strategic Services umbrella and is a key component of the Expense Team. The main objectives of the role are to have a clear understanding of stakeholder needs, process internal expense reports, and be an equal contributor amongst the team for any expense-related needs.
AREA OF RESPONSIBILTY/JOB DUTIES
Responsible for employees being reimbursed for work expenses • Reviewing, rejecting and approving employee expense reports • Process past due expenses • Track and code expenses purchased on corporate cards
Asist with expense initiatives • Gathering savings data for expense reports • Implement new travel and expense policy updates • Help our people know where they stand • Complete quarterly audits • Complete delegated tasks from Manager
Constant Development and Participation • Attend weekly 1x1s and team meetings • Set goals and priorities quarterly • Sign up for eligible electives for further development and interests • Keeping emails/tasks/projects organized and clean • Communicating with stakeholders regarding expense and spend related topics
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS: • Local: In office 3 days/week • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. • Preferred experience in a corporate environment or a passion to learn. • Knowledge of Strong written and verbal communication. Not scared to answer the phone. • Works well in a team environment but can also work well independently. • Able to handle and prioritize multiple tasks daily. • Attentive to detail with strong follow up ability. • Good time management and organization skills • Patient and not easily frustrated. • Confident real time decision making.
