Develop and execute global brand campaigns, integrating design, film, photography and copy.
Create overarching creative concepts and campaign narratives for seasonal product launches and brand activations.
Create and craft social campaigns that grab and hold attention through type and graphic animation.
Build design systems in both static and motion formats to be applied across web, social media, collateral, in-store POP, vendor and influencer toolkits.
Create unique brand identities, packaging, logos and on-screen graphics.
Define and clearly articulate aesthetic direction for individual marketing campaigns.
Work with Art team to create the visual style of seasonal photo and video productions.
Build and present design decks from creative sketches to final toolkits.
Evolve and apply graphic brand standards across a wide variety of media including digital, social, dotcom, signage and retail display. Responsible for managing the design and print production of retail and sales material.
Organize all necessary artwork and mechanicals for release to vendors.
Ensures all aspects of final graphics are delivered on time, on budget, and in a manner that represents the brand authentically.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required
Bachelor's degree in graphic design, art direction or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience developing striking visual identities, motion graphics and key art at a creative/branding agency or design-led consumer brand.
Expert-level proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe Creative Suite.
Highly proficiency in After Effects and Adobe Premiere
Strong skill in layouts, typography, design systems, composition, color, visualization, mood boards, brand guidelines, user journeys and graphic design fundamentals
The ability to communicate conceptual vision through mood boards and storyboarding.
Uses consumer insights, behaviors, mindsets, rituals and context to help craft holistic design systems.
Ability to develop graphic concepts and research design trends that communicate clearly to the customer.
A strong understanding of digital marketing and design principles
On-set production experience
Experience developing less experienced talent and directing freelancers.
Knowledge and understanding of digital, print and production processes.
Ability to work autonomously as well as be part of a team.
Ability to present ideas with clarity and conviction.
Good project and time management skills, and attention to detail while simultaneously managing multiple projects.
Working Conditions
Hybrid 3 days a week onsite. 2 days remote. Some travel may be needed.
