Position Overview:

As a Corporate Development Analyst, you will collaborate directly with senior management to drive critical corporate initiatives and strategic projects. Reporting to the CEO with dotted line reporting to regional Presidents, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our growth trajectory through financial analysis, strategic planning, and acquisition activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and drive revenue growth.
  • Lead financial planning and analysis (FP&A) efforts, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking.
  • Conduct rigorous due diligence for potential acquisitions, evaluating financial performance, market dynamics, and synergy opportunities.
  • Prepare comprehensive board presentations and reports, providing strategic insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to implement companywide KPIs and metrics for performance measurement and improvement.
  • Source and assess acquisition targets aligned with our strategic objectives, managing the end-to-end transaction process from negotiation to integration.
  • Perform industry and competitive analysis to identify market trends and opportunities for business expansion.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university, preferably in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, private equity, or management consulting.
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling and analysis, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple projects with a high degree of autonomy.
  • A strategic thinker with a strong business acumen and a passion for driving organizational growth.
