Primary Responsibilities
Indirect Sourcing focusing on Professional Services
Managing Current 3rd Party Vendors and Suppliers
Sourcing New Vendors and Suppliers
Preparing Quotes and Negotiating Contracts
Conducting Supplier Performance Reviews
Project Management
Education, Skills, and Experience
Bachelor's Degree required, ideally in Business, Human Resources, Supply Chain, Marketing, or related subject.
Must be Bi-Lingual Spanish
3+ years of procurement experience focusing on Professional Services (including HR, Staffing, IT, Legal, Marketing, Public Relations, etc.)
Strong negotiation and contract management experience, working with 3rd party vendors and suppliers.
Experience using supplier management and contract management systems.
SAP experience is a plus.
Must have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with teams globally (primarily in North America, but also in Mexico, Europe, China, and India).
Must be willing and available to do overnight travel 5-6 times a year for training and meetings.
