Tallahassee based, nationally recognized marketing communications firm seeks an experienced, motivated Accounting Manager to join our team.
Under the direction of the Controller, the Accounting Manager performs the essential functions of the position, which may include, but are not limited to, duties as described below:
Oversee bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and accounts receiveable invoice management, reconciliation, and financial reporting. Utilize strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities, ensuring deadlines are met.
Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in all work in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent related experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint).
