Direct Wire & Cable is hiring a Process Improvement Engineer to join our team! In this role, you'll develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives based on inputs from Operations. You'll drive process enhancements using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies, assess manufacturing process operations, and execute improvements to enhance the customer experience and meet company objectives.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technical field (preferably industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering, or related).
3-5 years of experience in high-volume, high-mix manufacturing.
