Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Administrator located in Union, NJ. The Office Administrator will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks and supporting the overall operations of the office. This includes handling office equipment, communication, customer service, and providing general office administration support.

Qualifications
  • Administrative Assistance and Office Administration skills
  • Experience with office equipment
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to support document requirements
  • Capable of reporting to the CEO and Senior VP's.
