Job Opportunity: Customer Service Supervisor (Bilingual)

Responsibilities
Leadership & Development: Develop, motivate, evaluate, and coach staff on work procedures, proper call handling, and teamwork to ensure excellent customer service.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor performance metrics such as daily purchase orders, sales order inputs, and payment verifications.
Resource Management: Allocate resources to meet volume and performance demands.
Team Building: Attract, select, and retain high-caliber, diverse talent to achieve business goals. Build a cohesive team and lead by example.
Customer Interaction: Oversee all customer interactions including endorsements, changes, renewals, and cancellations. Ensure prompt responses to customer needs.
Training & Development: Train staff in suggestive selling techniques to maximize sales opportunities and exceed customer expectations.
Administrative Duties: Maintain customer records, project logs, and manage time clock monitoring. Ensure accurate billing and invoicing of dispatched sales orders.
Reporting & Communication: Act as a liaison between staff and other business areas, providing regular performance reviews and feedback.
Continuous Improvement: Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly meetings with the team to drive service quality improvements.
Requirements
Bilingual: Proficiency in English and Spanish is a must (test to confirm after interview)
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Customer Service Supervisor
Flooring experience is a must!
Skills: Strong decision-making, coaching, supervision, and presentation skills. Ability to manage diverse customer interactions effectively.
Education: A college degree is a plus.

Competitive hourly salary at 60k

Additional Information
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:50 AM to 5:00 PM, with flexibility as needed.
