Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Account Manager. The Client Account Manager will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with clients, providing guidance and support on employee benefits, and ensuring client satisfaction. They will also be responsible for identifying opportunities for growth and collaborating with internal teams to provide effective solutions to clients.
Qualifications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Experience in customer service or client management
Knowledge and experience in employee benefits
Ability to analyze and interpret data and statistics
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
Industry certification such as SHRM-SCP or CEBS is a plus
