Our client is a global advisory firm looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their Accounting & Operations Department in the NYC office. This role will be supporting the department as well as the senior level executives and heads. Candidates must have a bachelor's degree, at least 3 years of administrative assistance experience and the ability to multi-task and complete tasks. This is a hybrid work schedule, 4 days on-site and 1 remote, from 8AM - 6:00PM EST but must be flexible to work outside of standard hours.
Compensation is based on experience and goes up to $95k base plus built in overtime and a discretionary bonus with 100% paid benefits and other additional perks.
Responsibilities:
Provide support to senior executives and department team throughout their daily operations
Handle complex and ever-changing calendars and scheduling
Coordinate international and domestic travel as needed
Function as the liaison between various departments internally and high-level clients externally
Prepare and oversee confidential documents, ensuring prompt submission and proper filing
Assist in planning and coordinating internal events
Produce detailed documents and presentations
Support new business ventures and client relationships
Process expense reports
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree needed
3 + years of administrative assistance experience, preferably in finance / accounting
Professional and positive demeanor always
Highly detail oriented
Ability to multi-task and execute multiple tasks at once
Excellent verbal and written communication
Punctual and dependable
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
