Our client, a UHNW family office, is seeking an Estate Manager to join their team. This position is located in NYC with occasional travel to various properties.

Responsibilities
All planning and preparation for family stays at properties in New York, South Florida, and Connecticut
Leading service and seeing to all principal requirements during their stay
Support the operation of residences, managing other staff members
Additional Staffing requirements (calling on trusted dayworkers to assist when required or hiring wait staff for events and dinners)
Clothing management and care
Booking travel arrangements
Inventory management: provisioning, dry stores, wine and alcohol, toiletries, medication, clothing, linens, crockery, cutlery and glassware
Assisting with meal and/or chef logistics
Assisting in the planning and running of events
Financial management including budgeting, maintaining credit card receipts, submitting invoices to Family Office for payment
Source, liaise and negotiate with household vendors
Supervision of maintenance, repairs, construction and renovation projects

Qualifications
Minimum 8 years professional working experience
