Provide consultation, advice, and guidance to organizations on various HR-related matters throughout the Midwest. The primary role is to Assist telecommunications companies effectively manage their human capital, implement HR best practices, and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. This position is a hybrid of working from home and on-site visits to clients as needed.

Responsibilities & Qualifications:

  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Conduct HR audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide recommendations for organizational structure, workforce planning, and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Stay updated on labor laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations issues, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
  • Advise on effective recruitment strategies, including job postings, sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
  • Support the development of onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
  • Provide guidance on performance management, including feedback, coaching, and performance improvement plans.
  • Provide guidance on salary structures, benefits packages, and incentive programs.
  • Assist in the evaluation of market data for compensation benchmarking.
  • 3+ years of HR experience is required.
  • Valid and insurable drivers license is required.
