Our client in Southwest Houston (Westchase) is adding a Collections Specialist to the team! The ideal candidate will have experience managing a receivables portfolio and have a proven track record of reducing DSO/past due accounts. The current team works well together and takes the "all hands on deck" approach. Candidate must be excited about working in a team environment and be a great communicator.
Experience Requirements/Role Responsibilities
STRONG communication skills
Very customer service oriented
Strong collections background
Knows when to be firm and assertive without coming across aggressive
Strategically manage a portfolio pursuing the top accounts to make impact
Experience with large clean-up projects.
