We are looking for a Finance Manager to work for our client. The ideal candidate will align with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.
Responsibilities:
Act as a key cross-functional partner to the business, serving ongoing needs and supporting decision-making on strategic initiatives
Support the monthly close process including preparation of variance reports and analysis with a high degree of accuracy and timeliness
Drive comprehensive, financial planning and forecasting such as revenue, headcount, and expense forecasting and reporting
Lead financial analysis on new business initiatives to understand and prioritize opportunities
Assist in modeling Balance Sheet and Cash Flow Statements
Drive value-add, innovation, and continuous improvement to the FP&A organization
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
5+ years of finance experience
Experience in financial analysis, key performance indicators, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
Highly motivated and eager to drive results through a combination of detailed analytical work and high-level strategic thinking
Entrepreneurial mindset - ability to operate and drive results as a self-starter
