Director of Finance - Responsibilities
Manage and mentor one direct report and build out staff
Prepare annual budget and periodic forecasts
Partner with executive leadership to present financial summaries, business reviews, and develop financial planning
Establish and monitor KPIs and metrics
Prepare financial models and variance analysis
Create presentations and reports to analyze business decisions and provide analytical insights
Implement processes related to financial planning, reporting, and budgeting
Partner with accounting leaders to improve financial processes and procedures
Lead special projects and strategic initiatives
Perform FP&A to improve profitability and productivity
Director of Finance - Requirements
Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance
7+ years of financial analysis experience
3+ years of management experience
Insurance or healthcare industry experience required
