Accounting Manager

LHH is seeking an Accounting Manager to oversee a team of 2 near Blaine, Minnesota. This role is searching for someone who can partner with Finance, HR and Operations. Responsibilities

• Manage a team of 2 senior accountants and conduct their annual employee evaluations
• Provide training to new and existing staff as needed
• Month end, variance month over month, account reconciliations, internal & external audit
• Partner with finance and other departments for dealing with multi-unit, domestic & foreign company
• Drive own processes while being independent and collaborative in fast paced environment
• Continue to drive short month end close process

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting

Experience

• 7+ years of accounting experience
• 2+ years Management experience
• Previous domestic/foreign company GL reconciliation
• Strong GAAP

Skills

• Ability to handle multiple projects at once
• Proficient in NetSuite and Excel
• Ability to work in fast paced environment and drive own processes
• Experience with PE owned companies previously

Compensation/Benefits

• $120,000-$140,000 +bonus
• Benefits apply to hiring company
