This role acts as a Subject Matter Expert for various technical accounting matters, with the opportunity to advise business leaders on a variety of functions, including accounting and financial reporting. Responsibilities:
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on complex accounting topics
Advise leaders on accounting and financial reporting matters
Influence new accounting and capital rules
Research and resolve technical accounting issues
Qualifications:
BS/BA degree in Accounting
CPA or equivalent
7+ years of experience in public accounting and/or technical accounting
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate across all levels of management
SEC reporting experience preferred
