We are looking for a Senior FP&A Manager to work for our client. The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.
Responsibilities:
Lead a team of analysts that will maintain functional spend models and forecasts and apply analytics to understand core inputs to influence and shape the company's go-to-market strategy
Develop annual operating plan and interface with the field organization to help optimize business needs
Build, develop, and maintain detailed financial and operating models to help predict future performance, perform scenario analyses, and guide the business on strategic decisions
Develop world-class financial reporting, giving management transparent reporting of results and forecasts
Qualifications:
Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance
6+ years of FP&A experience
Strong financial modeling/Integrated models development with high level of excel skills
Strong leadership, business partnering, and presentation skills
Ownership attitude to drive initiatives with minimal direction
