What you will enjoy doing*

• You will be nominated for supporting the execution of large-scale projects or for overseeing the execution of several small-scale projects depending on the departmental needs 


• Also, you will coordinate all logistics activities within a project


• Additionally, you will be the interface between the PM/PPM and the logistics organization on all subjects relating to logistics


• The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for the project specific HSE compliant execution, integration and flow-back of lessons learned related to the HSE aspects and tasks defined for the project logistics department or service area


• You will be accountable for the overall project logistics scope required for the small-scale projects, support the Project Logistics Manager on large-scale projects and coordinate with the relevant functional departments as required


• As The Logistics Coordinator you will provide support with Heavy Haul transportation on site and in office

What makes you great

• You have BS/BA in Business, Administration, or equivalent combination of education and experience


• You own minimum five years of experience in logistics for a Project Logistics Freight Forwarder or EPC or an Engineered Equipment Shipper


• You have experience with permit loads and heavy haul transportation


• International and domestic shipping experience is required


• You have experience in ocean freight, trucking including heavy haul transportation as well as in project logistics


• Experience with US Customs Import & Export Regulations is required


• You have experience with ERP business system
