Wood is currently recruiting for a Project Control Manager in Houston, TX to supervise and manage the project control's function, which includes the estimating, project cost control, and scheduling.
Full time employment, Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week.

Telecommuting permitted 2 days a week.
Domestic travel required up to 15%.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitor overall project / assignment progress status. Ensuring that projects are managed effectively to ensure delivery in a manner which meets quality, time and budget specifications;
Timely control and forecasting of budgets and ensure that the impact of all change requests are properly assessed and included in the budget and schedules if applicable;
Manage the workload, performance and development of the project controls team;
Provide constructive feedback and coaching; and
Report project status and KPI to management.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related field, and 7 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate related work experience.
Of the required experience, must have 7 years of experience in each the following:
Industry experience in project controls positions, including supervising and managing others, cost controllers, and planner/schedulers;
Analyzing and forecasting data using project controls tools and systems including Oracle, Primavera P6, and Excel;
Applying project management principles and techniques, including Earned Value Management, Risk, Scope, and Change Management;
Managing contracts, cost control, budgeting, estimating, change control, scheduling, risk analysis, and planning; and
Engineering, procurement, and constructions execution.
Of the required experience, must have 4 years of experience in EcoSys.
