Job Description:

JOB DESCRIPTION



Primary duties include managing day to day fleet operations.

  • Running fleet reports, assigning vehicles, ensuring all PM's are scheduled and completed for all fleet vehicles.
  • Work closely with Vehicare shop to ensure all PO's are approved and completed in a timely manner.
  • Maintain Structure and approval summaries.
  • Receiving new vehicles and remarketing vehicles when they have reached the end of life.
Location: Carlsbad, NM

Contract Duration: 12 months to extension

RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Other responsibilities include providing backup to the Office Administrator with clerical and administrative duties.
  • Duties to include filing, data entry, data management, scheduling, and providing general support to staff.
  • Day to day management of the office.





QUALIFICATIONS



  • Display effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with peers, across different teams and departments, 3rd parties, and outside officials.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and desire to learn additional systems.
  • Ability to multi-task with a strong focus on detail.
