Our precast company is a leading producer of architectural and structural wall panels, and the nation's largest producer of precast concrete parking structures. We've provided structure and enclosure systems, components, and accessories for virtually every kind of project including corporate, cultural, government, educational, institutional, multi-unit residential buildings, sports stadiums and arenas, retail, industrial, correctional facilities, and warehouse structures.

We are looking for a Precast Concrete Production Lead to handle daily planning, directing, training, implementation, and general supervision of his / her assigned area. As the Production Lead, you will be accountable to meet production schedules within budgeted allocations and to meet the above responsibilities while ensuring conformance to safety and quality standards. The Production Lead will also maintain a demonstrated ability to perform all the functions of those positions within the department: Journeyman and Production Worker. 

This is a 1st shift position.

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:


  • Concrete and/or construction experience, preferred

  • 3 years precast / pre-stress industry, preferred

  • Good communication / follow-up skills

  • Ability to work as part of a team

  • Ability to manage/lead a team while maintaining company policies

  • Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks on a daily basis

 General Duties:


  • Training and development of coworkers

  • Ability to plan and coordinate tasks to maximize production efficiency

  • Ability to direct a crew of co-workers to achieve required quality and production schedules

  • Ability to problem solve and take immediate action on safety / quality / productivity issues

  • Interacts with all levels of the Organization to achieve company goals

  • Meets production metrics related to safety, quality, cost, and material
