Tech Coordinator – Westfield Rise

What we offer

Westfield Rise is Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield’s in-house media, brand experience and data partnerships agency in the US and Europe. With the ability to leverage the entire URW portfolio over 12 countries, 80 shopping centers and 53 flagships, Westfield Rise collaborates with media partners, agencies, and brands to create campaigns and activations. Services include: our intelligent media network, domination media, pop-ups, brand experiences (experiential and events), product/concept testing, data, and analytics.

The Tech Coordinator – Westfield Rise, will be responsible for monitoring and working to resolve issues within the Westfield digital ad network. This person will work closely with a variety of internal and external partners to maintain uninterrupted content delivery.

Scope

• Monitor all screens using 3rd party tools with daily and weekly updates to the team.


• Coordinate serving appointments to monitor, service, and resolve screens.


• Provide day-to-day support on our existing DOOH platform, working closely with our vendors and IT team to ensure that our network works in an optimal fashion.


• Work with Finance to ensure all payments are made on time and they have what they need to complete AR process.


• Set up meeting invites, manage key action/notes and agendas for weekly calls.


• Other projects and duties as assigned.

What we are looking for

• 2+ Years’ experience in related enterprise level role.


• Experience in Digital Out of Home or digital media platforms preferred.


• Adapts well in a professional, fast-paced, dynamic environment.


• Must have demonstrated excellent organizational, time management and communications skills.


• Self-start with ability to manage time effectively to deadlines, and audit deliverables to ensure accuracy for submission to senior management.


• Ability to work independently or as a team.


• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.


• Experience with ticket tracking systems, such as Service Now, a mobile device management (MDM) tool and purchasing systems.


• Proficient in use of Microsoft Office applications like Excel, Word, and Outlook.

$60,320 – $83,200
