Warehouse Replenishment Stocker

Wage Grade: $18.70 + Weekend & Evening Premiums
2nd Shift Hours: Sunday-Thursday 2:00 pm-10:00 pm (if OT is offered: work until 11:00 pm + occasional Friday nights)

Job Description:
Distribute incoming products from vendors/internal facilities to the appropriate location within the Distribution Center. Requires use of crane and lift truck to perform all carton maintenance for the reserve section with regards to pulling for the active bin area, and stocking packages/cartons from the receiving area.

Work on multiple, varied duties or tasks throughout the day. Trained to unload cartons, receive, sort skids, and replenish stock. Inbound responsibilities include offloading and receiving incoming merchandise from a variety of vendors and internal facilities. Includes Stocking responsibilities of distribution of cartons/packages- receiving cartons by checking merchandise for proper identification and allocating to the appropriate locations.

➢ Licensed or the ability to be licensed within Lands' End on a forklift, pallet jack, and crane operator. Requires successful completion of a drug screen.

Essential Physical Requirements:
➢ Frequently lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.
➢ Good eye/hand coordination, ambidextrous.
➢ Ability to stand for up to 10 hours in a shift.
➢ Continuous bilateral hand movements/fine finger manipulation, and continuous hand-eye coordination.
➢ Frequent reaching below/at/above shoulder level; frequent wrist flexion/extension, forward flexion, and flexion/extension of the neck.
➢ Frequent twisting of the back; occasional bending.

This position requires successful completion of a drug screen and a valid driver's license.
