Job Description:

Volt is immediately hiring a Support Regulatory/Product Stewardship Analyst with a well-known industry leader. In this role you will interact with multiple levels and functions to support regulatory/product stewardship activities during a rebranding effort. This project will include managing and completing tasks during change management processes (CMP) and updating regulatory files and systems as needed.


This is a first shift position.



As a Support Regulatory Product Steward you will:

  • Organize and coordinate change management tasks and sign offs.
  • Update regulatory files and systems.
  • Work with cross functional team to ensure tasks are completed.
  • Review and approve label content to ensure compliance with product stewardship and regulatory elements.
  • Complete routine and non-routine internal or external EHS compliance/ conformance reports and associated
  • Works on Environmental Management System (EMS) and/or Global Safety & Health Plan (GSHP) program development and performance improvement at a corporate level.

Estimated Duration up to 24 months.



The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a regulatory/product stewardship role
  • Experience and working knowledge of Chemical Data Management System
  • Experience and working knowledge of PLM Systems (a.k.a. Enovia or eMatrix)
  • Experience with change management processes.
  • Minimum BS in a science related field

Pay Rate: $27.67 hr.
