Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care and support to residents under the direction of registered nurses (RNs) and other healthcare professionals.


• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established protocols.


• Monitor residents' health status and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate personnel.


• Assist with resident assessments, care planning, and documentation.


• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care and promote residents' well-being.

Qualifications:

• Current licensure as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in the state of California.


• CPR certification required.


• Strong clinical skills and attention to detail.
