Specific Duties to Perform:

• Follow established standard operating procedures and policies

• Handle customer request and follow-up to ensure resolution

• Perform valid and accurate review of customer documents

• Comply with security guidelines and handling of the sensitive information

• Work collaboratively in a team environment

• Communicate progress and any issues with immediate supervisor and team members

• Due to the government requirements for this role, candidates must be able to successfully pass a security

background check, obtain 5C clearance and hold US citizenship.

Position Qualifications/Experience/Education: High School Diploma

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite and IT Systems

• Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively

• Personal computer with Windows operating system

Seasonal Position:
