Description of Role/Responsibilities/Project:


This is an exciting opportunity for someone to join an enterprise company with the potential for growth in Identity Access Management or another IT field. In this role you will be providing day to day support to users remotely via phone and Teams, assisting with provisioning user access, providing incident resolution, learning new emerging technologies, assisting with reporting, along with many more key tasks to support internal teams. Hours: Monday - Friday during training period. Then you will need to work Saturday and Sunday and choose 3 weekdays to work. 3 days in office after training period.
