Job Description:

Lead the analysis, configuration, implementation, and testing of information systems using knowledge of SAP S/4HANA configuration; programming logic; functional design documentation and procedures; testing and quality control concepts; and ERP concepts. Provide ongoing support of application software systems including various modules of SAP S/4HANA and other allied and/or integrated solutions.*POSITION DUTIES: *Lead the analysis, configuration, implementation, and testing of information systems using knowledge of SAP S/4HANA configuration; programming logic; functional design documentation and procedures; testing and quality control concepts; and ERP concepts. Provide ongoing support of application software systems including various modules of SAP S/4HANA and other allied and/or integrated solutions.  Identify system solutions of new functionality to address business requirements in new or existing processes including recommending application changes, functionality alternatives, or requests for custom development collaboratively within information technology and business areas.  Draft functional and technical design documents related to relevant applications based on business requirements.  Lead activities in upgrades or addition of new applications to the information technology landscape relating to areas of responsibility.  Apply SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP FI/CO configuration of solutions for new business processes, enhancements, and upgrades.  Create new and update existing application configurations to meet design requirements in full compliance with formal change management and other governance protocols, including writing and performing functional testing to ensure solution meets specifications and functions correctly. Write and maintain documentation to describe solution configuration, process flow and behavior, testing, defects and resolution.  Create and provide training documents for new or modified processes or functionality for end users or technical support staff. Provide technical assistance by responding to inquiries from others regarding errors, problems, or questions about system processes or configuration, including monitoring performance of configuration after implementation.  Respond to all off-hour calls regarding system problems in a prompt and reasonable time.

*REQUIREMENTS:  *Bachelor of Science in Computer Science/Engineering, Business Admin or closely related field plus 5 years' experience in position offered/SAP Consultant or Developer.  This position also requires at least 5 years of working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA configuration; programming logic; functional design documentation and procedures; testing and quality control concepts; and ERP concepts. Position may telecommute up to two days per week.
