This position is an ONSITE role in Teaneck, NJ
Responsibilities
- Design, Develop & maintain business critical applications / workflows using Microsoft .net.
- Translate business requirements into intuitive workflow designs.
- Review team members code, architecture, and documentation to provide feedback.
- Create system design documents and architectures.
- Trains and facilitates business users to create their own reports, apps, and automated processes using Power BI, PowerApps, and Power Automate.
- Assists in creating documentation, cataloging and maintenance of Data Dictionaries.
- Develops understanding of the current application portfolio
- Contributes to setting development standards and procedures for source management, deployment management, environment management
- Contributes to critical application decisions in system integrations, software selection process etc.
- Continually enhance the usability and performance of our business applications and automation solutions.
- Maintain detailed technical documentation and create release notes for new features. - Monitor technology updates and emerging products.
Qualifications
- Minimum of (3) three to (5) five years of experience in a developer role in full stack environment
- Robust Experience with Object Oriented Design, C# programming, MVC, and .Net 5+
- Must have knowledge on SQL queries, SQL Server, and relational database technology.
- Experience with Rest API development, integration knowledge and middleware integration expertise.
- Experience with Azure cloud services.
- Experience with Razor pages and Blazor UI.
- Experience with CI/CD pipeline, GIT, and Azure DevOps.
- Experience with Object-Relational Mapping and NHibernate.
- Must have experience in the analysis, design, development, testing and implementation of enterprise scale apps.
- Ability to handle change, multitask and keep up with a fast pace and consistently growing environment.
- Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.
- Should have requirement gathering and documentation experience.
- Should be able to work closely with the business stakeholders and work towards the solutioning of the requirements.
