Predictive Monitor is seeking a dedicated Applications Technician I to join our team. This role is integral in supporting the implementation and maintenance of our OverShield software solutions within the biopharma industry. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical skills, customer-focused communication, and an understanding of the pharmaceutical landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and customize software solutions for Predictive Monitor clients.
Collaborate with clients to gather system requirements and ensure successful software implementation.
Conduct training sessions for end-users to facilitate a smooth transition to new software.
Provide ongoing technical support, addressing client inquiries and troubleshooting issues promptly.
Perform testing and validation of software to ensure regulatory compliance and industry standards.
Work with the development team to report and resolve software bugs or issues.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to software configurations, installations, and client interactions.
Generate reports and updates for internal and external stakeholders.
Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their unique needs and providing tailored solutions.
Gather client feedback to contribute to the continuous improvement of our software products.
Provide training and guidance to distributors and end-users.
Assist with inventory and order fulfillment as needed.
Assist in writing work instructions and documenting procedures.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Strong technical aptitude and experience with software installation and configuration.
Familiarity with the pharmaceutical industry and an understanding of regulatory requirements.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
