Job Description:

Predictive Monitor is seeking a dedicated Applications Technician I to join our team. This role is integral in supporting the implementation and maintenance of our OverShield software solutions within the biopharma industry. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical skills, customer-focused communication, and an understanding of the pharmaceutical landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and customize software solutions for Predictive Monitor clients.
  • Collaborate with clients to gather system requirements and ensure successful software implementation.
  • Conduct training sessions for end-users to facilitate a smooth transition to new software.
  • Provide ongoing technical support, addressing client inquiries and troubleshooting issues promptly.
  • Perform testing and validation of software to ensure regulatory compliance and industry standards.
  • Work with the development team to report and resolve software bugs or issues.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to software configurations, installations, and client interactions.
  • Generate reports and updates for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their unique needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Gather client feedback to contribute to the continuous improvement of our software products.
  • Provide training and guidance to distributors and end-users.
  • Assist with inventory and order fulfillment as needed.
  • Assist in writing work instructions and documenting procedures.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong technical aptitude and experience with software installation and configuration.
  • Familiarity with the pharmaceutical industry and an understanding of regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
