The Manager of Digital Analytics will be responsible for overseeing and managing the digital analytics function within the organization. This role will involve analyzing digital data, providing actionable insights, and supporting decision-making processes to enhance our digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, experience with various digital analytics tools, and a proven track record of driving digital performance improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the digital analytics team to deliver insights that drive business decisions.
Develop and implement comprehensive digital analytics strategies.
Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) across all digital platforms.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve digital marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all digital analytics platforms.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital analytics and data visualization.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools for stakeholders.
Conduct A/B testing and other data-driven experiments to optimize digital marketing efforts.
Train and mentor junior team members on digital analytics best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
5+ years of experience in digital analytics, preferably in a managerial role.
Proficiency with digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and other relevant platforms.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
