Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front-End Web Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks such as Angular, React, Vue, and Svelte, and have a strong understanding of GitHub for version control and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain high-quality code for web applications using JavaScript, React, Vue, and Svelte.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and implement them.
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Maintain and improve web apps.
Implement responsible web design principles to ensure our web properties render well across various devices and for our friends with physical disabilities.
Review and implement security and data protection measures.
Manage and oversee junior front-end developers, providing guidance and mentorship.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends and apply them to operations and activities.
Utilize GitHub for version control and collaboration with other team members.
Qualifications:
Proven work experience as a Senior Web Front End Developer.
In-depth understanding of web development and proficiency in JavaScript, React, Vue, and Svelte.
Must have a strong understanding of Svelte's reactive programming paradigm.
Experience with implementing and consuming SOAP services is a plus.
Familiarity with browser testing and debugging.
In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development, and deployment).
Strong understanding of Google Material Design principles and SEO principles.
An ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, related field, or equivalent work experience.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years, but flexible based upon prior experience.
