We pride ourselves on our commitment to excellence and are seeking a talented Integration Technician Level III to join our dynamic team.

Role Overview:

The Integration Technician Level III at E1 Audiovisual Technologies is a crucial role that involves both leadership and technical expertise. This position serves as the Job Site Leader, guiding the installation team to ensure technology is implemented per project specifications, and as the Field Engineer, commissioning projects through meticulous configuration and system setup.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the advanced technician for equipment integration, ensuring consistently high performance.

- Oversee and coordinate with General Contractors, Site Supervisors, Inspectors, Project Managers, and other trades.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to equipment and software upgrades.

- Lead the installation team, providing direction and maintaining high integration standards.

- Adapt to various environments and applications, demonstrating flexibility and problem-solving skills.

- Communicate project requirements and updates effectively with the Project Manager.

- Enforce general safety rules and ensure compliance with safety protocols and PPE requirements.

Field Engineer Responsibilities:

- Lead the final project completion, providing top-level field support with advanced troubleshooting skills.

- Commission projects successfully by applying in-depth knowledge of audiovisual technology.

- Configure software and integrate AV networks, including AVB, Dante, TCP/IP, VLAN, etc.

- Conduct end-user training and draft support documentation as needed.

- Mentor lower-level technicians, fostering the development of their AV skillset.

- Demonstrate a solid understanding of AV transport and signal distribution technologies over IP networks, DisplayPort, HDMI, HDBaseT, USB, etc.

General Responsibilities:

- Maintain and report any issues with the company vehicle.

- Keep receipts and records of travel expenses and submit for reimbursement.

- Assist as a technical resource based on expertise.

- Act as a mentor to junior staff.

- Identify and manage personal career goals in collaboration with your supervisor.

Compensation & Benefits:

- Hourly Rate: $35 to $45, based on experience and skillset, with overtime at 1.5x for hours over 40 per week, as per Arizona labor law.

- Paid Time Off: Three weeks annually.

- Medical Benefits: Available through United Healthcare, eligible 90 days after start date.

- 401k Plan: Participation and matching are available 90 days after start date; E1 matches 25% of your contribution up to the first 8% of your base salary.

- Cost of Living Adjustment: Annual adjustment based on the consumer price index.

- Company Van: Take-home company van with fuel reimbursement.

- Training: Company-paid training programs.

- Travel Per Diem: $75 per day for overnight travel expenses.
