Technical Source has partnered with a client in the Greater Boston area to identify a pharmaceutical manufacturing Sr. Owner Project Manager for a 9 month contract on a capital project. Candidates should have deep experience in leading the greenfield and/or brownfield manufacturing projects.
Act as an Owner Representative, enforcing Client Policies, Processes, and Procedures with Construction Management Firms to minimize impact on the Client
Coordinate day-to-day construction activities in the field and ensure Cardinal Trailer presence.
Facilitate construction coordination between internal Client groups (Site Logistics, Digital, Security, EHS).
Manage construction project change, prevent scope creep, and escalate issues as needed.
Oversee the Project Engineering Field Team.
Ensure adherence to construction schedules.
Coordinate subcontractor site presence, access management, resource logistics, and off-hours work.
