We are seeking a Service Department Project Manager to support our seasoned plumbing and HVAC team. This role involves overseeing retrofit and remodel projects, coordinating manpower, planning, ordering materials/equipment, and ensuring top-notch customer service. The Project Manager will uphold our commitment to premier service, effective communication, and successful project outcomes.
Primary Responsibilities:
Plan, schedule, and support service operations.
Conduct site visits, budgeting, estimating, and scheduling.
Work with NAMI's operating systems and software.
Collaborate closely with field personnel and subcontractors to plan and execute work procedures.
Interact with customers, manage ongoing projects, and ensure all project needs are met.
Ability to manage multiple projects.
Prepare billing projections based on project timelines.
Maintain project tracking for compliance with company standards and customer requirements.
Forecast labor needs and schedule manpower.
Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in construction management helpful and/or project management experience.
Minimum of 3 years in a project management role or similar capacity.
Field experience in construction is a plus.
Must be highly organized, ability to multi-task, have excellent (written and verbal) communication skills, and excellent interpersonal skills.
A thorough knowledge of commercial construction, plumbing and/or HVAC processes, and management techniques.
