Robert Half is partnering with a Racine area client in the recruiting for an Office Administrative Assistant to join their team due to growth. This role is responsible for front office coordination at their corporate office. You will wear many hats including customer service, reception for the corporate building, calendar management, conference room and event coordination, assisting accounting department with data entry and ad hoc project assistance to leadership.

Requirements: • 2+ years in an administrative or customer service role • Knowledge of Microsoft Office • Capability to handle front office management duties • Experience with answering multi-line phone system • Experience in Invoice Entry tasks • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
