Marketing Lead - Direct Hire - Springfield, PA

$80-$115K based on experience level

Manpower is assisting a premiere supplier and distributor in process instrumentation, with hiring a Marketing Lead. This is a new role with a fantastic company that has a great working environment and culture. The Market Lead will be responsible for making a significant impact on our client's organizational growth, being responsible for creating and implementing marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and increase customer retention. A candidate that is highly skilled in grass-roots marketing would be a great fit! The Marketing Lead will partner closely with I.T. and must be ok with working a hybrid position. The first 6 weeks of this role will be working onsite to get familiar with the company and culture then transition into a hybrid role.

Key Details Include:
  • Develop, execute, and manage marketing campaigns across various platforms including digital, print, and social media, primarily focusing on new business generation.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Work with the team to design and produce promotional materials such as line cards, postcards, branded merchandise, and online content.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as necessary to maximize ROI.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, Google Analytics; develop optimization strategies that increase the company's search engine results rankings and performance.
  • Monitor daily performance metrics to understand SEO strategy performance.
  • Content creation; write/create compelling and high-quality content to be used across all platforms, including web, blog posts and page descriptions.
  • Efficiently communicate with business development and sales team(s)
  • Work in conjunction with technology (IT) team to reach desired e-commerce and data outcomes.
  • Brainstorm and implement new and innovative ideas to improve marketing campaign performance.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop long-term sales and marketing plans that align with the company's strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent branding, messaging, and customer experience across all campaigns.
  • Build, manage, and nurture customer relationships. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the company and develop new business relationships.
