Manpower is assisting a premiere supplier and distributor in process instrumentation, with hiring a Marketing Lead. This is a new role with a fantastic company that has a great working environment and culture. The Market Lead will be responsible for making a significant impact on our client's organizational growth, being responsible for creating and implementing marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and increase customer retention. A candidate that is highly skilled in grass-roots marketing would be a great fit! The Marketing Lead will partner closely with I.T. and must be ok with working a hybrid position. The first 6 weeks of this role will be working onsite to get familiar with the company and culture then transition into a hybrid role.
Key Details Include:
Develop, execute, and manage marketing campaigns across various platforms including digital, print, and social media, primarily focusing on new business generation.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities and threats.
Work with the team to design and produce promotional materials such as line cards, postcards, branded merchandise, and online content.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as necessary to maximize ROI.
Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, Google Analytics; develop optimization strategies that increase the company's search engine results rankings and performance.
Monitor daily performance metrics to understand SEO strategy performance.
Content creation; write/create compelling and high-quality content to be used across all platforms, including web, blog posts and page descriptions.
Efficiently communicate with business development and sales team(s)
Work in conjunction with technology (IT) team to reach desired e-commerce and data outcomes.
Brainstorm and implement new and innovative ideas to improve marketing campaign performance.
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing efforts.
Collaborate with senior management to develop long-term sales and marketing plans that align with the company's strategic goals.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent branding, messaging, and customer experience across all campaigns.
Build, manage, and nurture customer relationships. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the company and develop new business relationships.
