Responsibilities
Ensure quality, safety, production, and efficient operations
Implement lean initiatives
Oversee supply chain, ensuring customers receive product on time
Budget oversight including P&L responsibility
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant field
6+ years of experience in manufacturing environment
2+ years in supervisory/managerial position with P&L responsibility
Ability to interact with all levels of staff, from the production floor to corporate level
