We are seeking a Systems Administrator II to join our team!
We are a small and mighty company that is continuing to grow.
You will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the dynamic fintech industry.
In this role you will support end users, monitor remote systems, patch management for Windows based systems, and IAM for various systems.
Key Experience Needed:
6 years experience managing windows PCs in an Active Directory environment
6 years experience creating user accounts, managing file permissions, and printer permissions
Familiarity with WSUS or other Windows Updates deployment product
Excellent communication (both verbal and written) skills, a solid foundation in business application development and a "can do" attitude
Must be able to develop formal business documents following established documentation/presentation software packages (or similar products from other vendors): MS-Word, MS-Excel-, MS-PowerPoint
Strong attention to detail, ability to learn and adapt to new technologies in a fast paced environment
MCSA, MCSE, CompTIA A+ certifications is a plus
Position Responsibilities:
Manage Windows Server and Client Operating Systems, including IIS certs.
Develop, maintain, and configure systems; manage cloud-based infrastructure.
Monitor antivirus/malware software, remove threats, and manage Windows Updates over cellular connectivity.
Automate and rollout software updates, including proprietary software; assist with process automation.
Identity and access management for business and third-party applications.
Assist end users with troubleshooting access issues and perform root cause analysis of incidents.
Manage and maintain images for end users and unattended devices; handle equipment inventory.
Participate in change management, document processes, handle Helpdesk Support, and participate in on-call rotation.
