Job Description Summary
We are looking for a Senior Process Engineer to join our Enterprise Continuous Improvement team. This individual will be responsible for leading operating model design and continuous improvement initiatives for coming-to-market and new launched private market product offerings, with a focus on Wealth Management. The Senior Business Process Engineer will use lean six sigma and project management skills and methodologies to drive the full lifecycle of project delivery from planning through implementation working with a wide range of internal and external partners.
Requirements: • 10+ years total IT experience • 7+ years of project management experience • Lean Six Sigma black belt certification preferred • PMI Certification and Change Management Certification a plus • Financial services industry experience required • Wealth management and/or private equity experience a plus • Experience with new product introduction and launch • Experience in business process mapping and design • Experience preparing and delivering executive level presentations with excellent facilitation, verbal and written communication
