Location: Boston office 3 days per week. 2 days a week Remote

Resolve level 3+ issues related to enterprise systems - iManage experience is very important
Lead technical resource for the implementation and technical support of enterprise systems including but not limited to iManage, Aderant, Intapp, CRM, Intranet and more
A) Develop, test, document and maintain existing and future Enterprise Systems
Maintain dialogue with internal IT members to keep team up to date with key enterprise systems in addition to creating and advancing external dialogue with other departments to address needs and innovation
Able to Identify opportunities to enhance enterprise systems efficiency, security and participate in long term strategies.
research new products and oversee their implementation including building custom integrations to existing enterprise applications and platforms.
