Determine organization/Project needs and identify system specifications
Analyze the needs of large systems and break them down into smaller manageable parts
Plan and design the structure of technology systems, and discuss these with the client
Understand and Communicate the best technical options for the project/client.
Develop and Communicate system requirements to developers; explain technical details to them and provide assistance throughout the execution of the project life cycle.
Propose the most optimal software, and hardware solution for the project.
Oversee development and implementation of assigned tasks and guide teammates
Help resolve technical problems as and when they arise
Ensure no compromise to the quality of the system and it is manageable and scalable over the period of time.
Ensure that systems security, quality standards, and procedures as per client and industry best practices
Work with senior IT personnel to come up with plans for future IT requirements of the organization
Produce progress reports for sr. leadership
Guiding the Technical Team and resolving the performance issues
Installing and configuring the JBoss AMQ, JBoss Fuse, JBPM, OpenAM and OpenDJ.
Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree and 12 years of professional work experience (or equivalent experience) is required.
8+ years of experience with Red Hat Linux, Java, Apache HTTP server, JBOSS suites (Application server, AMQ, Fuse, JBPM), JBOSS Web console, JBOSS Profiler, Open AM/OpenDJ
Knowledge on Scheduler and Batch process
Experience working in State and/or Public Sector domain.
