We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Flutter Engineer to join our development team. As a Senior Flutter Engineer at Albiware, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining our mobile application. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet our users' needs and exceed their expectations.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and build advanced applications for the Flutter platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Work with outside data sources and APIs.
  • Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
  • Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability.
  • Work on bug fixing and improving application performance.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers, providing technical leadership and direction.
  • Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven experience as a Flutter developer, with a strong portfolio of mobile applications.
  • Deep understanding of Flutter framework, Dart programming language, and mobile development principles.
  • Strong knowledge of Android and iOS ecosystems, including design principles and interface guidelines.
  • Experience with third-party libraries and APIs.
  • Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications.
  • Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.
  • Experience with version control systems such as Git.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
  • Knowledge of continuous integration and deployment processes.
  • Familiarity with backend technologies and frameworks.
  • Understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices.
