Job description:
Experience with installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Windows desktops, software, applications, WAN/LAN networks and printers.
Experience in deliver excellent customer service to the business, exhibiting leadership competencies and leading through positive influence.
Experience in planning, forecasting, and implementing new system hardware and software, including the retirement of existing systems and components.
Understand, troubleshoot, and resolve HP, and UFT application and user issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve subscriptions for Windows and Linux server licenses and renewals.
Education details:
Any bachelor's degree/Associates Degree/Relevant experience.
